Find your flow. Trust your intuition. Birth from within.

Birth is not something your body needs to learn.

It is something it remembers.

Trust Your Intuition is a birth education workshop for women who desire to lean inward…

to soften the noise…

and to trust that their body and baby already know exactly what to do.

This is not a fear-based birth class.

This is not a checklist-based birth class.

This is a return-to-your-body birth gathering.

An afternoon of intuitive movement, somatic exercises, herbal teas, journaling, sharing, hands-on tools, and grounded education amongst a community of pregnant mamas— designed to help you feel empowered through the remainder of pregnancy, during labor, and as you transition into motherhood.

This Workshop Is For You If...

✔️ You want to experience intuitive birth, not just informed birth.

✔️ You desire a regulated nervous system during labor

✔️ You believe birth is physiological — but want to understand why

✔️ You want hands-on tools like massage , somatic resets, and breath

✔️ You crave a creative, nourishing, community-centered experience

✔️ You want to feel confident, not controlled

What We'll Explore

Birth Is Instinct

We will reframe birth as a biological, intuitive process governed by the limbic brain — not something your thinking mind needs to manage.

Through reflection and guided journaling, you’ll explore where your body has already shown you its intelligence.

Fear vs. Intuition in the Brain

You’ll learn how to move from thinking brain → instinctual brain

Through somatic exercises, hand massage, and breathwork, you’ll feel what it’s like to regulate your nervous system in real time. “This is how we move from fear to physiology.”

Understanding the Physiology of Labor

Knowledge builds trust.

We’ll cover what helps oxytocin flow, and what inhibits it.

You’ll practice massage techniques and inward questioning: “What might help me feel safe, warm, supported, and undisturbed?”

Creating a Birth Environment That Supports Instinct

The environment communicates safety or threat to your nervous system.

You’ll design your ideal birth space through sensory mapping and create your own birth affirmation card during a nourishing tea + snack break.

Surrender, Flexibility & Self-Trust

Trust does not mean rigidity.

We’ll explore holding preferences without gripping outcomes, the difference between control and surrender and you'll leave with three feeling-based birth intentions and share within circle.

Jenna DeVary is a certified birth and postpartum doula, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, herbalist and owner of Soulful and Nourished. She’s also a mama of two wild little boys and experienced the kind of grounded, instinctive birth she now teaches, one rooted in nervous system preparation, intuitive movement, and deep trust in the body.

Hannah White is a licensed massage therapist, herbalist, currently pregnant with her first baby and owner of Wildmoon Alchemy! She is preparing for birth the very way she supports her clients, through somatic awareness, bodywork, and honoring physiology.

Together, they blend lived experience with professional training to guide women toward the kind of pregnancy, birth, and life they deeply desire — regulated, intuitive, and rooted in trust.

Imagine This...

You walk into your birth space.

The lights are dim.

Your body sways without thinking.

Your breath drops low.

You feel supported, undisturbed, safe.

You aren’t asking, “What should I do?”

You are asking, “What does my body want?”

And you trust the answer.
